For this reason, Convy School has set up its own Ethics Committee composed of the leading Italian experts in the protection of minors for the fight against Bullying and Cyberbullying, in Privacy as well as risks on the Internet.
Elena Ferrara
Graduated from the DAMS of Bologna, she has been a music teacher since 1980 at the IC Verjus in Oleggio, teacher of musical propaedeutics at the Brera Civic Music Institute in Novara, musical animator with disabled people, IRRSAE Piemonte, teacher at Scuola Superiore for educators of the Municipality of Novara and seconded lecturer in Turin at USR Piemonte - Student's Office IV, integration and participation, where she concludes her school career.
She collaborates with various realities aimed at children's rights including SIEM - Italian Society for Music Education where she was national president, UNESCO - in particular the Centro of Torino - and is a member of the UNICEF Regional Committee of Piemonte.
Local administrator from 1995 to 2013 also with the role of mayor of the City of Oleggio. Elected to the Senate in the XVII Legislature, she is committed to the issues of human and civil rights with a particular focus on minors (Legislative Decree 60/2017 right to the arts).
She is the first signatory of the Law no. 71/2017 "Provisions for the protection of minors for the prevention and contrast of the phenomenon of cyberbullying"; first law in Europe contributes to the promulgation of the EU guidelines on the rights of minors in the digital environment promulgated in July 2018. She holds training courses as an expert, also as a consultant of the USR Piemonte, on the issues of digital citizenship, collaborates with some Italian universities and author of several publications.
In May 2021 she was appointed expert member of the Regional Committee for human and civil rights.
Nicola Iannaccone
Employee of the ATS Metropolitan City of Milan since 1989 as a Psychologist, Psychotherapist has provided various activities continuously and mainly dealing with individual and group rehabilitation projects for psychotic patients and their families, individual and group psychotherapy for adults and children. Family counseling and parent training, school counseling.
He promotes and is one of the consultants of the project promoted by the Italian regions "Health promotion in schools" of all levels. Currently, he is the coordinator of the activities that the ATS carries out in schools with Health Education programs (sex education, fight against addiction and bullying).
He is currently the citizen coordinator of the Project "Stop Bullying. Strategies to reduce aggressive and passive behaviors in the school environment". He has published various articles in specialized and scientific journals, and is the co-author of some texts on the topic of preventing and combating bullying.
Raffaella Aghemo
Raffaella Aghemo, registered in the Rome Bar, specializes in the sectors of Blockchain Technology and Artificial Intelligence, intellectual property, privacy and communication.
She is Co-Founder of Iusintech, an interdisciplinary team of professionals with specializations in the fields of communication law and new technologies that provides new generation legal advice and assistance to companies. She is a member of the Blockchain Ladies network, "a virtual place where strong women inspire other strong women. It's not just about money, it's about values. We believe in the power of Blockchain technology as a great tool for living in a transparent, efficient and fairer world."
She is part of the Technical Roundtable on Tokens and Crypto assets organized by the Blockchain Italia Association.
She is Senior Member of the Presidential Committee of the National Body for Digital Transformation, a non-profit organization, with responsibility for International Communications and support for Standardization in Innovation Technology.
Giovanni Battista Caria
Caria Giovanni Battista for over 20 years in the field of hacking and cybersecurity.
A pentester, researcher and expert in digital forensics has always been involved in proactive security, planning, analyzing and doing research.
Active for some time in the fight against all types of digital abuse, creator of “Hackers against Paedophilia”. The social network against digital crimes has joined the Convyschool team to make its contribution.
Piera Di Stefano e Michele Di Somma
Piera di Stefano and Michele di Somma are criminal lawyers and Privacy Officers. They deal with online reputation, cybercrime and privacy. They have participated in numerous training courses in schools on cyberbullying, privacy and internet risks. In 2012 they created the T.R.ON® service (Protection of Online Reputation), to rehabilitate the digital image of individuals and companies.
In 2017 they launched the Lawyers of the Web® project, presented in Milan, at the first national conference “The Professions of the Future”. Also in 2017, alongside Giovanni Battista Caria (another member of the ethics committee of Convyschool) and Filippo Rossi, they were speakers at the conference on cyber attacks, Internet risks and web reputation, held at the faculty of cybernetics of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kiev.
Michele Di Somma, in particular, has dealt with numerous criminal proceedings that have seen minors as parties involved.
Piera Di Stefano is a speaker in webinars and conferences, lecturer in university masters and author of many publications on law and new technologies.
In 2019, she was a speaker at the conference on cyberbullying and Internet risks, held at the "Nilde Iotti" Library of the Chamber of Deputies and promoted by the “Mai più solo” association. It publishes in the “costozero” magazine of Confindustria Salerno and for the legal database Fairplay on web reputation and privacy. She is part of the scientific committee of Consumerism, of which she coordinates the digital law department and is the spokesperson for Cyber Security; she is responsible for the Web Reputation area of Civiltà Digitale and is co-organizer of the Legal Hackers Campania movement.
